1. Acceptance

By purchasing any product on shop.selfmadevibes.com (the "Store"), you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. The product

Laid Off in the AI Era? — The 30-Day Job Hunt Playbook is a 60-page digital field manual delivered as a PDF document via email after purchase. The Store may sell additional digital products under the same Terms.

3. License of use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to read and use the product for your personal job-search use. You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish the product in whole or in part;
  • Share your download link or PDF with third parties;
  • Translate, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent;
  • Use the prompts contained in the product to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any commercial AI model.

4. No employment guarantee

The product provides systems, prompts, and recommendations for job seekers. We make no guarantee that following the playbook will result in a job offer, interview, or improved earnings. Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, labor market, industry, and execution.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self Made Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings or career opportunities, arising from the use of the product.

7. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Customer's country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Purchases made before an update are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
