Digital products — Final sale
All purchases of Laid Off in the AI Era? — The 30-Day Job Hunt Playbook and any other digital product sold via shop.selfmadevibes.com are final and non-refundable, in accordance with applicable consumer law for digital content delivered instantly.
Why no refunds for digital downloads
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (transposed in Italy as D.Lgs. 21/2014, art. 59, c. 1, lett. o), the right of withdrawal does not apply to "the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and his acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal."
By completing your purchase you (a) expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and (b) acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund only in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge for the same order;
- Technical failure preventing you from accessing the product within 5 business days, verified by our team and unresolvable;
- Mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

Refund requests must be sent to info@selfmadevibes.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number. We review every message and respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be treated as a violation of these terms. We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery, and a permanent ban from future purchases may apply.
